Ingredients:
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 ts Grated ginger
1/4 c Bourbon
1/4 c Water
1 cl Garlic,pressed or minced
1 1/2″ thick steaks
Description:
Combine everything in a shallow dish.
Marinate the steaks for at least two hours. (I like to tenderize them first.) Grill over a charcoal fire.
Best when served with a foil baked potato fresh from the coals.
